By booking Zeal Laundry & Cleaning Services, you authorize our team to collect, clean, process, and return the items or spaces described in your request.
Pickup and delivery times are estimated windows and may shift due to traffic, weather, or order volume. Our team will communicate any changes.
Customers should identify valuable, delicate, or special-care items before pickup. Unclaimed items and unresolved service issues should be reported promptly after delivery.
Payment terms, delivery timing, and any special handling instructions are finalized when the order is confirmed directly with Zeal Laundry.
